The big Chalet for 10-15 people is situated in the village Pernink in the Mountains in West Czech. It is about a minute walk from the center of the village where the pubs and shops are.
In Pernink are 2 ski area with perfect facilities, each with more ski lifts, there are also small lifts for small children and beginners. Lifts are located approximately 10 minutes walk from the cottage

Pernink is between the hills, in winter many snow . Excellent place for sports-cross country skiing, biking, skiing. about 10 km is organic sheep farm with great cheeses. 15 km to Karlovy Vary, 10 km to Klinovec or . 20 m from the cottage is a tavern with garden
all except cleaning is included, just in case the energy( gas heating, electricity ) consuption exceed "normal" we have to charge it
